1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup soy milk (I used Silk)2 tbsp greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)1/8 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp vanilla extract1 sachet stevia6 cherries, halved and pittedhandful chopped cashews1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
- Bring 1 cup milk to a boil, add 1/2 cup regular rolled oats, and reduce heat to medium.
- Once the liquid has dissolved, add the cherries, greek yogurt, 1 sachet stevia, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Stir.
- When you're pleased with the consistency of the oatmeal, transfer to a bowl.
- Top with cashews, coconut flakes and that one cherry over there. Serve hot! ;)
