1/2 cup regular oats1/2 cup orange juice1 orange, peeled & chopped1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4tsp cinnamon2 tbsp sultana raisins
1. Bring 1 cup orange juice to a boil, add 1/2 cup regular rolled oats, and reduce heat to medium.
2. Cut an orange in half (so the segments are cut in half lengthwise, like you would cut a grapefruit). Cut/spoon out orange segments and add to oatmeal. Stir.
3. Once more of the liquid has dissolved, add about 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
4. If you reached the desired consistency of the oatmeal, transfer to a bowl. Add remaining orange slices and raisins. Serve hot!
