Cafe 5 Cijung is known for their healthy drinks and smoothies such as Persimmon Yogurt, Banana Radish Peanut,Cabbage Strawberry and Fresh Ginseng Milk. Where in the world can you find those in the menu right? Hehe :P Anyways, I ordered their famous Soft Persimmon Yogurt Smoothie (홍시 요구르트) which came with a complimentary homemade scone + orange jam (all drinks come with a complimentary scone). They're both terrific. Seriously. The smoothie doesn't look like a smoothie when it came, I thought of it more as a sorbet or frozen yogurt than a smoothie. Also it came with a spoon not a straw so yeah. Hehez :P But it was absolutely good! The scone on the other hand arrived later than the smoothie. It was fresh from the oven though, its a bit crunchy on the outside but it was perfectly soft in the inside. It paired best with their homemade jam too. Not too sweet but the hint of orange is very flavorful. :)
I stayed there to enjoy the serenity of the place, reading their magazines and enjoying the afternoon. The ambiance once again made me a happy kid. I wish I could find something like this back home. :")
