Two less lonely people in the world

Even when I was still back in Korea, B and I had already agreed to have ourselves as our dates on Valentines. We planned to watch the much awaited "The Vow" (starring Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum) then treat ourselves a fancy meal afterwards in a restaurant where haven't tried yet. One of the things we really love doing together is to try new places to eat every time we go out. :D

For this day, we decided to try at The Cafe Mediterranean since the place looked so cozy when we passed by there and they have pizza which our tummies are both craving for at that moment. Hihi xx

Hello, brother!

This is what he ordered. Some Chicken Gyro plate with pita plus hummus, tzatziki and tabbouleh on the sides.

We fed our curious palates&grumbling tummies with this Fattoush and Mediterranean pizza. Aaahhh :">

Our plan happened accordingly except that there were some changes but of course we had no intention of postponing it no matter what so like I said, it went as intended. ;) Cheers to our single selves B! Lets not hope this won't be our last, or not? Hoho :-) I love you always! :">

How did you spend your Valentines day? ;)

Spontaneity multiplies the fun

The hot air balloon flight was scheduled at 530-700 in the morning so we decided to meet and leave Manila at around 330am. But, since we had like 3 stopovers, we were at NLEX by 6am. Hahaha :) There were even a couple of car accidents along the way that caused a bit of traffic so in the end, we arrived almost 930 in the morning at Friendship Hway. There were no more hot air balloon in sight, but still we decided to get in and see what's in it.

There were only flying kites and planes displayed everywhere. Lots of people, and booths all over. Exhibitions were played in the air but the sun was so high and the heat is a killer for us to even watch it. We left after going around the place to have lunch somewhere and agreed to come back for the night display.

B and I discovered this new milk tea place called Dakasi. The staff said its the first branch in the Philippines and its originally from China. The place looked so inviting so we tried it. I got their Blueberry Milk Tea with Coconut Jelly for P105 while B got their special Bubble Milk Tea with pearls for P90.

We never came back to Clark anymore, instead we killed time hopping from one gas station to another along NLEX until we had our tummies bloated and almost near Manila. Even though I never got to see the hot air balloon flight in action, this day was very much worth it 'cause of the time I've spent with these people. I really missed them, how I wish I can bring them back to Korea though. :} :")

Woke up at the wrong side of the bed

2 days until Valentines Day and I wasn’t getting sentimental at all until today. I was really surprised with myself because I haven’t actually associated this topic of being “single” with any feeling of sadness or resentment. I mean, it’s no big deal for me. And I’m fine and happy with it. However, I woke earlier than my normal waking time pondering that it has been too long since I last celebrated Valentines Day with someone. And I have to admit, I kinda miss it already. Surprises, being surprised, love letters and other mushy stuffs. I used to make them before when I was in highschool. Haha! But for the past years, I have been regarding this day if not one of the usual days of the year, well as a day to celebrate it with my friends or family over dinner and a movie or something. I love the fact that I have other platonic relationships to celebrate for on this day but at one point, it makes me wonder, what could it this day be if I am in a real relationship with someone?

I could only say that it would totally be definitely a different story. ;)

If I call you darling, will you make me pancakes?

My mornings wouldn't be complete without my pancakes. Well, at least lately. ☺

I have been experimenting on pancake toppings and mixes and everything is just, plain delightful. I wonder what will I try tomorrow. Hmm.

What's your favorite pancake topping? ☺

SD goes South ☼

I've been going out almost everyday from last week up to now cause of the errands I run for my mom, plus I was also meeting friends since I'm going back to Seoul in a few weeks time already. Last Sunday, me and my college dutymates met for lunch and tried Laser Tag at Alabang Town Center. ☺We agreed to meet in South (Alabang) area this in favor for those of us who lives there. Also, we have already went to a few places in North during our college days so now we thought it would be nice to have a change of environment. :)

Although I always go to ATC, it was my first time to try Laser Tag and I must say its so much fun. Hihi xx We felt like we were some spygirls while playing! :) After the game, we sat and had our "GG updates" about each other. We already got used to that term since we have been using that way back our college days everytime we talk about stuffs during our breaks in our duties. We were incomplete because some of them already have work and other things to do but I still had fun with them! Makes me miss the old times :") I hope I can meet the rest before I leave though.

Oh how I miss these girls! xx
